Reflections on Shared Learning
The following two videos were presented at the Safety Net Medical Home Initiative Summit 2011 as part of Dr. Jonathan Sugarman's introductory remarks. Dr. Sugarman is the President and CEO of Qualis Health and the Principal Investigator of the Initiative. These videos were intended to generate conversation among clinic staff, as well as regional and national leaders, about assumptions and tensions surrounding PCMH transformation. The videos were shown 24 hours apart, with the second video referencing many of the group learnings from the first day of the Summit.
